500ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a foamy head. Spicy aroma with hints of banana and lemon. Slightly spicy and soapy taste with hints of banana. Drinkable and reasonably enjoyable. Well done to Saku for bringing this beer back.

Bottle. Hazy color, nice white foam. Yeasty, but metal aroma with some fruity tones. Refreshing. Flavor is yeasty and fruity. Aftertaste was short. Need more hops. But: in some website I red that this beer BOTTLED in Saku. It means that beer brewed in Lithuania, Svyturys-Utenos. Who knows? It is mysterious Carlsberg group industry in Baltic states.

500ml bottle (Tallinn) - gift from St. Matty - thanks!
Hazy-to-cloudy pale orange, huge ice-cream-float head. Authentic German Hefeweizen aroma, but a little bit of pea or beansprout. Taste is delightfully refreshing. Simple hefe, lovely light grains, lightly citrussy. Finish is big on the light grains, creamy and delicious. Subtle hint of noble hops in the background too - add more hops and this would be brilliant. Saku, I can forgive you one of your outragious beershite alcopops for this, but only one.

Bottled (BBE 2006, thanks TM!). Hazy golden colour with white fluffy/foamy head. Aroma is wheat, some slight yeast, herbs and citrusfruits. Flavour is quite much in a rather nice balance. Bottle didn’t show that many signs of cardboard etc which I usually find in old wheatbeers. Refreshing and rather pleasant.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy pale golden with a handsome, white head leaving some laces. Typical wheaty notes full of banana and citrus. Sweetish malty with smooth, wheaty notes. A very decent Hefe. 130106

An unclear light yellow beer with a huge head with a yellow tinge. The aroma has strong banana notes, but also some notes of citrus and dust. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat and banana, combined with lesser notes of lemon, plastic, and metal, leading to a dry wheaty and hoppy end. The body is thin.

This is a positive surprise! Estonian beer vthat doesn’t taste like licking a metal-bucket! This wheatbeer is up there with quite a few German ones, and I’m simply impressed. Very cloudy appearance and a huge, snow-white head. Spices, honey and hops makes up the flavor.

Nice cloudy golden body topped with an average white foamy head. Decent yeasty aroma with citrusy and hoppy notes. Taste is a bit disappointing: it is watery and unidimensional. It ends with a short citrusy finish.
