Draught @ Salm. Hazy mid brown with good white head. Sweet slightly fruity aroma. Medium body and well carbonated. Mildly malty with hint of fruit foretaste developing steadily more maltiness with hint of bitterness. Ok, but fairly nondescript.

My Bottom Line:
This really efficient quencher of a Märzen promotes crisp toasted malts and herbal hops balanced in a love embrace, leading to a growing hop bitterness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the cloudy amber.
-A little caramel adds depth to the malt profile.
-The body is slender and very drinkable.
-This is nothing special in a city like Vienna, but it is still a beautiful session lager.

On tap at the brewpub.

Draught at the brewpub. Quite cloudy dark amber colour. Small tan head. The flavour is OK malty, slightly sweet, good bitterness. Subtle, but well-balanced.

Draught to a one-liter flip-top bottle, drinked at home. Nice amber body with a foamy head. Fruity aroma with some caramel malt and a freaky spicy fermentation perfume. In the flavor are some caramel with spicy malt and yeast taste, smooth mouthfeel. Moderated bittery aftertaste. Easy drinkable beer, fine and delicious.

On tap at the brewpub. Deep amber in colour with a foamy off-white head. Malty aroma with some fruity, plenty of dough and some grassy hops. Flavour had some red fruit and caramel, a touch of bready malts and a decent bitter finish. Good.

Fad på brewpubben. Øv, kedelig øl men et hyggeligt sted. Uklar ravfarvet med et hvidt skum. Sødlig, let maltet, let humlet og med korn. næsten ingen karbonering.
