Commercial Description:
Despite the name there are no nuts in the ale just a taste of nuts from the roasted malts and Belgian Candi. This the newest of our line-up and only brewed in small batches(3 Barrels) and not always available. ABV 5% IBU 32

Poured a dark copper-brown body with no head. Creamy, nutty, and slightly sour. Flavor develops as beer is further enjoyed. Acidic, sweet, mild prevailing sourness (very slight lactic acids methinks). Unique, not like most nut browns.

Draft at the brewpub. Spicey brown ale aroma. Dark amber color with a lacing white head. Very light carbonation. Medium body. Very light, not very sweet, caramel finish. Not heavily spiced. Interesting change of pace.
