Angeloregon (1867), Portland, Oregon, USA Jan 9, 2008 Poured a dark copper-brown body with no head. Creamy, nutty, and slightly sour. Flavor develops as beer is further enjoyed. Acidic, sweet, mild prevailing sourness (very slight lactic acids methinks). Unique, not like most nut browns. bhensonb (2861), Woodland, California, USA Dec 18, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Spicey brown ale aroma. Dark amber color with a lacing white head. Very light carbonation. Medium body. Very light, not very sweet, caramel finish. Not heavily spiced. Interesting change of pace.
