Samuel Adams Berliner Weisse

Tap at the Sam Adams brewery tasting room in Boston. Pours a very light pale golden, almost straw yellow with a light thin white head and some modest carbonation. Aroma is a bit crackery, light DMS, some corn grits, and a nice lactic grassy and fruity tartness. Light flavor as to be expected, some mild grassy wheatiness, and a restrained acidity and watered down a bit- mild crackery malts. Finishes watery with a clean tartness- reminded me a bit of bayerische bahnhof.
