Pours a yellow color with a small head on top. Aroma is pretty no existant besides malt being in there predominantly. Flavor is quite light and refreshing with caramel and malt being the biggest flavors. I am surprised at the amount of flavor this light beer can have. Definitely a nice yardwork beer. I am glad I could get my friend to like this more than Miller Lite! jchioda (6), USA does not count | 5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Jan 4, 2007 Clearly my most favorite light beer out there. Enjoy everything about this light beer as all others (other than Yuengling Light Lager) cannot even come close. The next closest besides Yuengling Light Lager would be Amstel Light. Only complaint would be the price ($30 vs. $20 for Yuengling Light Lager). sisyphus12 (98), Belmont, Massachusetts, USA

Watered down but somewhat hoppy taste greet the less discerning beer enthusiast in this faustian comprimise. Its not bad but not good. Drink if your options are this or any other light beer.

Aroma is of light sweet malts with notes of grass. Taste is of light sweet malts and distinct dough with notes of grass and some caramel. Light bodied with playful carbonation, and a very smooth ending. {Although Volgon thinks light beer is the work of the Devil, I tend to disagree, particularly in this case.} BelgianBeerGal (1289), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Yes it tastes watered down compared to normal beer, but it is a huge improvment over ALL other lights I’ve tried (great in its class) BeerVirgin72 (778), Pataskala, Ohio, USA

Most light beers are watered down yellow. This was poured from the bottle and was a very nice copper color. No head or lace. Great flavor. Much more flavor then any other light beer I have had. Very malty. Kind of sweet, honey, maybe? Caramel? Not sure, but I sure did like it! Definitely not a watered down version of Sam Boston Lager. In fact, I think the taste in this is better than the Boston Lager. Pours a clear golden amber with little crown. Aroma is light, full of malt and practically no hops. Flavour is smooth all the way through to the finish. You can taste the malt and hops, but there seems to be little bitterness, so the malt appears to dominate the beer. Palate is more thin- than medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. This is a great beer for tyros and those who don’t like the taste and bitterness of stronger beers. Definitely a lawnmower beer for me, but the best "light" I’ve ever tasted.
