Commercial Description:
It took 2 years of brewing, tasting and testing to come up with the final recipe for Sam Adams Light. We focused on brewing a flavorful, high quality beer with a light-bodied taste and fewer calories. Sam Adams Light is a unique beer, it's not a lighter version of our Boston Lager. Sam Adams Light is the only light beer that uses no adjuncts and a traditional brewing process to ensure a balance of flavor and light-bodied taste. No other domestic light beer uses only the four classic ingredients of beer: pure water, lager yeast, Noble hops and barley malt. The quality ingredients that make up Sam Adams Light include two-row malt and some of the most expensive hops in the world, Spalt Spalter Noble hops. At 128 calories, Sam Adams Light features a clean finish and no aftertaste.

Not that great but still better than Having a Miller Lite or Bud Light. Enjoyed it more after mowing the lawn in 95 degree weather.

Eh. Watery version of the Boston Lager. Not awful, but not good. Just stick with the regular Boston Lager.

Reminds me of a watered- down version of Boston Lager. It’s thin, but still has more substance than most "Light Beers".

I was very pleasantly surprised by this beer. The "Light" label usually means "awful", but this was well done. Simple, clean, easy drinking, nothing spectacular, but it’s not trying to be

Honestly this is the best light beer I have ever tasted. Great malty smoothness, great nose, and lower in calories and carbs. This actually tastes more like a full flavored beer then some full flavored beers do.

Bottle: flat, watery, fizzy. As most light beers just a waste of money. Drink water.

This is one of the best light beers I have ever had. Its deffinitly a step above your typical bud or miller. Although a good sam adams lager is better. A very good summer beer though!
