Commercial Description:
Created by Rodney Kibzey, Illinois Rodney describes his wonderfully complex brew as "deep amber in color with a full creamy body and a dark fruit and clove aroma." This traditional Bavarian style brew took Rodney a few batches to perfect, but the taste is worth all of his hard work.

Bottle... Murky, mahogany brew with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Chocolate, overripe banana, clove and Bazooka bubblegum meld to form a spicy, fruity aroma. Full-bodied and creamy with feather-soft carbonation. Sweet, chocolaty and spicy with dark fruits. Mild bitterness... just enough to keep things from cloying up. Finishes like a sweet, ripe banana dipped in chocolate with a mineral undertone. Many thanks to headbanger for sliding this bottle my way!

Its good I tried this after the grape pale ale. Pours murky brown with a thick, creamy tan head. Nose is ripe banana, clove, brown sugar, toast; like a fresh banana bread. Thick mouthfeel. Great taste. Again like a banana bread, but with spicy hops, molasses, and bubblegum yeast esters. Did not expect such a good beer.

Bottle. Dark brown, cloudy pour with a foamy, off-white head with good lacing. Aromas of wheat, prunes, cooked rice, caramel, and banana. Nice roasted malt flavor with minimal hops profile and the start. Banana candy and other fruits materialize and it finishes with a crisp, hoppy, bitterness. Great beer...wish it weren’t paired with that shitty dog-fart grape stuff.

12oz Bottle - 99 Bottles - Federal Way, WA
Aroma – Nice wheat aroma with a lingering dried fruit. Very nice.
Appearance – Amber in color, Nice thin head and Slight haze.
Flavor – A deep bready brew with a strong wheat flavor and malts. Liked the off banana and dried fruit in the background.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, Nice texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A very nice Weizenbock brew. Had some great malts and flavors could drink this all day.

Cloudy copper color. Smell of banana nut bread, caramel, hops, malt and spice. Taste of hops, bananas, spice, nuts, dark fruit and bread/yeast.

Bottle: Dirty, hazy brown with a nice creamy tan head. Wheat and spice make up the light aroma with bits of citrus. Taste brings in a little banana and a bit more clove. Rather smooth, balanced, and creamy. Not usually my favorite style, but this longshot was quite satisfying.

Yeasty cloudy brown with small off white head. Nice fruity yeast notes in aroma with carmelized/roast malts with some bannana and lots of peppery clove. Flavor includes some fruity malt sweetness with spicy hop and yeast phenolics. Medium mouthfeel with some nice spicey hops in the finish. Nice job.
