Dec 19, 2007 Black colored, big beige head. Licorice dominates this aroma, still this Danish vegetably-yeastiness comes up strongly here, very rich aroma. Flavor is also rich, still very sweet with chocolate and caramel, some vegetably notes here with yeast. Aftertaste is too sweet here with licorice and roastiness, still good brew.

A good start for the ecological island with all their windmills. They need some time to make more powerfull beers as they do with their mills. Licorice, coffeechocs, dust, hops and creeky.
