Flavor is similarly grainy-handmade and mildly caramelly, aftertaste dries with yest still, not too much hops. Maria (4418), Thisted, Denmark Mar 1, 2008 Dark orange-golden with a weak head, that quickly disappears completely. The aroma has sweetness, notes of malt and presumably birch? The flavour is sweet with notes of malt, presumably birch and a very, very light bitterness. The overall impression is monotonous. Medium-bodied with light notes of caramel and fruit. The finish is dry. Not absolutely undrinkable, but not absolutely pleasant either. 311007 yespr (6935), Copenhagen O, Denmark Nov 11, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a quickly gone head. Mild citrus aroma with a slight nutty malt base. Half dead carbonation. Flavour is slight off acidic in the malt base and with an unclean bitterness and citric notes into the finish.
