Aug 26, 2007 Bottle. Golden-orange, a bit unclear pour, with a nice, off-white head. That was the nice thing about the beer. It has the typical infected Samsø house character, quite fruity-acidic and sour, with a little touch of caramel. Sour and acidic flavor, astringent mouthfeel, and a finish with some hops. I am pretty amazed with the fact that the beers just continue to flow out of the brewery in this condition. Can’t someone teach them some QC? (070625)

May 6, 2007 Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a light orange head. The aroma is of burnt malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of burnt plastic mixing in with notes of caramel, and the body is thin.
