Thomas_E (4814), Copenhagen, Denmark Oct 3, 2007 Hazy amber colour with an off white head. Malty, light caramel and fruity sweet aroma with a vague hoppy note. Malty, sweet flavor with caramel and fruity notes. Light dry and hoppy finish. yngwie (3394), Kristiansand, Norway Aug 26, 2007 Bottle. Golden-orange, a bit unclear pour, with a nice, off-white head. That was the nice thing about the beer. It has the typical infected Samsø house character, quite fruity-acidic and sour, with a little touch of caramel. Sour and acidic flavor, astringent mouthfeel, and a finish with some hops. I am pretty amazed with the fact that the beers just continue to flow out of the brewery in this condition. Can’t someone teach them some QC? (070625) gunnfryd (2716), Kristiansand, Norway Jul 24, 2007 Bottle. Amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sour, caramel, malt.
