omhper (10454), Stockholm, Sweden Mar 24, 2008 Bottled, thanjs oh6gdx! Dark brown, small beige head. Roasty coffee aroma with some dextrose. Medium sweet with notes of saccharine and cherries. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Some dark rye bread and lingonberries. Low bitterness. Well drinkable despite the not very subtle touch of dextrose. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 19, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Dark brown, but not black - limited head. Malty, dark and full-bodied with a pronounced sweetness. 150503 oh6gdx (5901), Vaasa, Finland Mar 17, 2005 Bottled. Dark brown colour with brownish beige head, leaves lacing. Sweet aroma of caramel and also hints of honey and a bit roast. Sweetish fruity and caramelly flavour with notes of roasted malt. Not much aftertaste. duff (5405), Sydney, Australia, Surrey, England Oct 17, 2004 Tap@Kristian(Pub), Pilsen. Very sweet mollassesy sort of stuff. Raisin bread, toast and cigarettes, still, soft smooth, fairly pleasing flavuor, a bit sweet though. harrisoni (5130), Ashford, Kent, England Jul 9, 2008 500ml bottle from Tesco, Plzen. Very deep ruby colour with thin beige head. Charcoal aroma and then this dark plum/cherry sweetish fruit in moouth. If I was given this as a mild, I’d say it’s a tad sweet. OK for drinking, but just a tad too sweet.
