Bottle. The aroma is sweet, some cookies, later on also some hoops. The white head is small and creamy. The body is yellow. It tasted a little bit sweet but nothing else. Carbonation is soft, the body is light and a little bit dry.

Nov 29, 2009 Bottle. Pours amber/gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of noble hop. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is lightly sweet, pale malt, with some grassy/herby bitter. It’s passibly bitter. Flavor tends to leak away. Could be crisper and cleaner, but a nice brew.

Sweet, slightly buttery and milky malty aroma with notes of cara-malt and a light touch of Saaz hops Slightly sweet and bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Quite dry malty taste, slightly chalky with a tinge of caramel; slightly bitter and mildly hoppy finish. 21.XI.09

Sep 26, 2009 50cl bottle. Yellow-golden colour, surprisingly small and shortlived white head. Strong malty aroma, but the taste is Lager-like: Faint malty notes, but not much else on the palate. Finish is a bit sour, with very little aftertaste. Watery, but not exactly thin mouthfeel. Unimpressive, I’m afraid. Among Bohemian Pilseners I’d favor the maltier, altogether more characterful Gambrinus.
