Jul 11, 2009 A cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. The aroma is nice with some blackberries of course, citrus, and coriander. The flavor is a little less inspiring but "clean" with some blackberries, lemons, and spices. A bit of syrupy texture exists in the aftertaste. I really have nothing to complain about if this were $5 a sixer I’d pound this all summer long. But it aint. Overall good lawnmower effort.

Jul 9, 2009 I wasn’t really a fan of this one. I got this in one of those Summer Samplers and honestly it taste like medicine. The appearance and aroma are average but the taste is below average. Tastes artificial.

Jul 8, 2009 12oz bottle from Orland Park Binnys. Pours golden orange with a small ring of white lacing. Aroma is of blackberry, wheat, and spice. The blackberry tends to dominate the aroma. Taste is of blackberry, wheat, and spice. There is more blackberry in the aroma than in the taste. Mouthfeel is creamy. Slight lingering berry taste. This beer tastes more like a light beer drank in an unwashed glass with the residue of a previous beer still in it. Very weak and bland, but not harsh like some of their fruit beers tend to be. I’ve had worse from them.

Jul 7, 2009 Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small, fizzy, white head, diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, grain), light hop (citrus), average yeast (dough) with notes of blackberries. Light bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Long duration, moderate sweetness, light acidity and bitterness.

Jul 6, 2009 Bottle from SA multipack. Clear orange color with small white head. Aroma is fruity but dry at the same time, pleasant but semi fake at the same time. Flavor is grapey with medium sweetness. Medium to light body, active carbonation. Not bad for a fruit beer.

Jul 4, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy gold bordering on a light tanned brown, with a medium large beiged white head. Sweet berry aromas (bordering on, and probably in actuality, artificial) hit the nose just from removing the cap. Some spicy tartness and a little wheat fruit behind that, with a good bit of lavender. Light bodied and with a nice bit of wheat flavor. Finishes a little weak, and rather empty… sort of cardboard like at the end. Started off rather promising and I was optimistic, but ultimately let down. As my partner put it “this is what I think handsoaps would taste like”. ‘Nuff said.
