rohash (37), New York, USA Aug 9, 2009 Definitely a decent lager. Sweet, malty, light hop character. Nothing out of this world but OK. mcdav2154 (295), Germany Aug 9, 2009 Clear light amber body with a small white head. No lacing. Aroma is of malt and burnt honey with some spices and caramel. Taste is about the same with a good hop balance. A bit watery. Best mass produced lager out there. justinehrlich (18), New York, USA Aug 6, 2009 I thought it was pretty good. It seems like a good beer with pizza. Has a slight hoppy taste and smell to it. twistedviews (67), California, USA Aug 5, 2009 this is a classic, sweet, hoppy, kickass beer! anyone who does not like this beer must be out of there minds!! jtodd5dot1 (32), Marina, California, USA Aug 4, 2009 What else can I say that already hasn’t been said. Tastes much better than any other lager that I’ve had. I finally bucked the "popular" trend and gave Sam a try. Should have a long time ago. sfhodense (554), Odense NØ, Denmark Aug 3, 2009 Pours pale amber with a large offwhite head. Aroma is light malt, light hoppy (grass and pine). Flavour is like the aroma. Light body. Jordiam (70), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Aug 2, 2009 Bottle. Pours fairly nice with an orange colour and a fast-fade off-white head. Aroma smells very fruity, hoppy, and clean. The taste is great; nice and clean with fruityness and light hops. Great mouthfeel and goes down easy. I’m quite pleasantly surprised by this one, but I’d still probably take a Czechvar over this. White head. Some carbonation. Golden coloured floral hoppy and slightly fruity with a little dryness and bitterness in a crisp malt finish.
