Samuel Adams Boston Lager

Came to the table from tap a copper brown color with a decent white, foamy head. Aroma is caramel malt nose with some noble hops aroma. Flavor has a smooth caramel malt sweetness with a slight piney flavor toward the end and beer has moderate carbonation. Overall a good go to beer when out and about where macro beers are the only other options available.

Amber water below a medium stable creamy head, nice powerful aroma of honey peach and some notes of vanilla and fruits of the forest, flavor compliments the aroma with honey and sweet malts together with a pleasant peach notes, finish with some gentle hop, caramel and spice. Excellent.

I like this lager. way better than some other crap. not a bad deal for this beer

pours amber. smells odd, a bit caramelly and just kind of off and metallic. tastes like caramel and hops. medium body, pretty good for a macro, but its more expensive than alot of better micros..

Slightly hoppy scent, light brown pour. Taste was of grainy malts and some hops. Average beer, not bad but nothing special about it.

Pours a bright amber with medium sized frothy off white head. Sweet pine and caramel in the nose, juct a touch of citrus. Sweet malt backbone with a little hit of hops in the finish, notes of lemon throughout, ends very dry and a touch bitter. Easy drinking mouthfeel, medium carbonation. All in all a solid beer.

I got to give credit where it is due. Sam Adams might very well be the first beer that is universally liked by people across the Atlantic. Most other are consistently called piss...which i really true considering the quality of many of them.. Sam is different..And hey what not to like the aroma is strong and fruity, with a full body and medium hop presence. In my opinion has a slight taste of English bitter on the end note......
