Mar 1, 2009 In bottle @ home. Malty aroma, orange/light brown in color with a small off white head. Rich in flavor with hints of caramel and hops. Very easy drinking beer, very refreshing. Kind of an American take on a classic German Lager.

Feb 27, 2009 Clear golden colour, small white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Flavour starts hoppy, later caramel malts. Nice bitterness to finish with.

This beer is far better on tap than in a bottle, IMO. All around good with the malts, but it needs some more hops. Just a little bit more would make it much better.
