Samuel Adams Boston Lager

This is one of my go to beers so got to give it some respect. There is nothing spectacular here but it is good and widely available.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin head, with some lacing, over a clear coppery gold body.....nose is of malts and mild non floral hops.....tastes promarily of mild to medium malt sweetness finishing with hop bitterness with a touch of citrus. Mouthfeel is light to mediun. A pleasant, but not particularly note worthy brew.

Bottled. Pours light with a creamy white head. Smells of malt and caramel. A little different than your avg. american lager. Flavor is roasted malt. Decent, but not great. I do drink it regularly out when better products aren’t available.

Strong for American and full of hops. Definitely darker and stronger that what has typically been put out there.

This beer isn’t the best you’ll ever have, but since it’s available just about anywhere, you’ll always have the option of a flavorful beer when the only other options are piss water.

12oz bottle. Not bad at all for something that’s everywhere. Amber color, white head. Floral hop aroma plus some sweet malt. Flavor is the same, not too exciting but definitely solid. Palate is average. Can save you from macro hell at a lot of beer-ignorant bars.

Bottle. Really malted smell and flaver. Good clean finish as well. Smells good, looks good, tastes good. A good staple in any beer lovers diet.

12oz bottle: Crystal clear light amber color. Small frothy white head. Flowery-bitter aroma. Initial taste is toasted malt which turns to a earthy hoppy taste. Crisp finish with a lingering bitterness. Well carbonated with a light-fluffy mouthfeel. Nothing flashy about this beer but its solid. My go to beer when I’m at a bar and presented with nothing else but crappy macros choices.
