Clear amber colour with small white head. Fruity hoppy aroma. Some sweetness too and fruit tea-like notes. Fruity hoppy flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Great American Lager. Very Ale-ish Lager.

Oct 16, 2009 Updated: Oct 18, 2009Pours a deep amber color with a white head that disapears quickly.Has an aroma of malts and citrus hops.Flavor is a nice caramel with a balanced of citrus hops and some pine notes.IT also taste almost creamy.The finish is smooth and hoppy.I have to say for an ale guy like me I like this lager.

Oct 16, 2009 Copperbrown beer with weak blonde head. Aroma is malty, slightly musty and maybe some aromatic hops can be found. Flavour is malty, slighlty roasted, quite dry in the end and roughly hopped. Easy and nice to drink. Overally too musty and simple, this would need more freshness. Not so good as another american lager ie. Brooklyn lager.

Oct 12, 2009 bottle. Poured clear dark amber with a thin white head. Nice fruity hop aroma. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Malty flavor with notes of sweet carmel and orange citrus. Semi-dry finish.

Oct 12, 2009 Shared with Stefan at Blå Rock 11.oct.09. Orange amber colour, with small creamy head and fair lacing. Cereal, toffee, flowers, herbs and a hint of grapefruit to the nose. Flavour of prunes, dates, toffee and hints of licorice, vanilla and cinnamon. Average carbonation, with a slight licorice and salty finish.

Oct 11, 2009 Very good lager. I would say that it’s slightly better than Yuengling Lager. Full flavor without much of a bitter aftertaste.
