The aroma is kind of weak with honey, adjuncts, lemon, and yeast. The appearance is hazy gold with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is smooth but thin. Overall this is a pretty average beer. It’s drinkable but not great.

Pours a nice, deep cheddar orange with an aroma of plastic orange plank. Flavor is slightly spicy orange and coriander. Average mouthfeel. Not horrible.

Dec 19, 2009 12 oz bottle served in a clear pint glass. Pour was cloudy golden with an inch of white head. Nose was lemon, grass, and wheat. Taste was the same and there was nothing really notable about this brew. I am never into these summer wheats because there is just not enough to them.

Dec 18, 2009 12 oz. bottle- Pours golden with 1 inch thick white head, aroma is wheat, yeast, and citrus. The flavor is ok, it is better than most American hefe’s, but doesn’t compare to the Bavarian styles, there is also a nice lemon zest flavor added, nice.

Dec 18, 2009 Pours with some haze. Smells wheaty but on first taste it is more lae like than wheat like. Some citrus or lemony bite. A little gunk on bottom of bottle. Nice head with final fill from bottle. Ok without too much rudeness. Overall not bad with its sometimes rude ale attributes.

Dec 17, 2009 Bready aroma with a fresh lemon air. Pour hazy golden, minimal white head. Medium bitterness in taste. Palate medium to light body, thin feel, lively carbonation, bitter, long finish. I find it overall a somewhat muted sensory experience, which is great when that it what the day calls for.

Dec 16, 2009 I really enjoyed trying this new offering from Sam Adams the hint of lemon in the wheat beer brings out a very crisp and refreshing aftertaste while the wheat blend brings great balance to this beer. A very good choice
