In bottle- thanks Rod. A slightly different wheat. Wish I had sampled it in the summer. Very crisp with tons of lemon and other citrus notes. Ended a bit flat.

Dec 5, 2009 Strong lemon aroma, almost like lemon pledge, with a bitter hops aftertaste. Cloudy honey in color with a clean citrus/hops taste. Overall it’s a nice beer, probably great for session drinking at the beach.

Dec 5, 2009 Very plain wheat from Sam Adams. Pours a yellow golden with a thin head. A very thin beer throughout. Hints of wheat and a touch of lemon. Not much else going on here.

Dec 5, 2009 Typical appearance for a wheat beer... muddy water. The flavor on the other hand was different... yeasty and citrusy (lemon mostly instead of the usual orange) and I liked it. Not big on wheat beers but this one is different enough to keep me interested.

Dec 3, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a very light golden with a thin white head. Aroma is some light citrus and floral hops, with lemon and citrusy and soapy notes- light crackery dough and wheat. Flavor is lemon zest, play-dough, sweet doughy gummy wheat, citrus oils, and some doughy malty sweetness which is a bit too strong in the middle, and doesn’t finish as crisp as you might expect- slight slickness and soap. Meh

Dec 1, 2009 Not bad, really. Your basic American wheat ale. Nothing too interesting or disgusting about this beer. It’s a decent chugger. Reminded me of Pyramid Hefeweizen.
