Commercial Description:
Hazy and golden in color, this brew is a fresh twist on the popular Hefeweizen style. Eureka and Lisbon lemons, from three growing regions in California, balance out the wheat malt character, resulting in a crisp and refreshing wheat ale with subtle lemon flavor. Cheers!

In bottle- thanks Rod. A slightly different wheat. Wish I had sampled it in the summer. Very crisp with tons of lemon and other citrus notes. Ended a bit flat.

Strong lemon aroma, almost like lemon pledge, with a bitter hops aftertaste. Cloudy honey in color with a clean citrus/hops taste. Overall it’s a nice beer, probably great for session drinking at the beach.

Very plain wheat from Sam Adams. Pours a yellow golden with a thin head. A very thin beer throughout. Hints of wheat and a touch of lemon. Not much else going on here.

Typical appearance for a wheat beer... muddy water. The flavor on the other hand was different... yeasty and citrusy (lemon mostly instead of the usual orange) and I liked it. Not big on wheat beers but this one is different enough to keep me interested.

Not a bad pilsner. Smells better then it tastes. Orange/lemon citrus finish. No hops. Light sweet and slight mass produced taste like all of sam adams beers...

12 oz bottle. Pours a very light golden with a thin white head. Aroma is some light citrus and floral hops, with lemon and citrusy and soapy notes- light crackery dough and wheat. Flavor is lemon zest, play-dough, sweet doughy gummy wheat, citrus oils, and some doughy malty sweetness which is a bit too strong in the middle, and doesn’t finish as crisp as you might expect- slight slickness and soap. Meh

Courtesy of Cavie. Clear yellow with a white head. Zesty tropical fruit, tart wheat aromas. Thin, fizzy mouthfeel. Pale tart wheat flavor with lemon juice.

Not bad, really. Your basic American wheat ale. Nothing too interesting or disgusting about this beer. It’s a decent chugger. Reminded me of Pyramid Hefeweizen.
