| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Strong lemon aroma, almost like lemon pledge, with a bitter hops aftertaste. Cloudy honey in color with a clean citrus/hops taste. Overall it’s a nice beer, probably great for session drinking at the beach. BeerFanDan17 (621), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Very plain wheat from Sam Adams. Pours a yellow golden with a thin head. A very thin beer throughout. Hints of wheat and a touch of lemon. Not much else going on here. HarmonKill-a-Brew (320), Wilmar, Arkansas, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Typical appearance for a wheat beer... muddy water. The flavor on the other hand was different... yeasty and citrusy (lemon mostly instead of the usual orange) and I liked it. Not big on wheat beers but this one is different enough to keep me interested. aaaaaaaaaah (63), Warren, Michigan, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 3, 2009 Not a bad pilsner. Smells better then it tastes. Orange/lemon citrus finish. No hops. Light sweet and slight mass produced taste like all of sam adams beers... Dickinsonbeer (3451), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 3, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a very light golden with a thin white head. Aroma is some light citrus and floral hops, with lemon and citrusy and soapy notes- light crackery dough and wheat. Flavor is lemon zest, play-dough, sweet doughy gummy wheat, citrus oils, and some doughy malty sweetness which is a bit too strong in the middle, and doesn’t finish as crisp as you might expect- slight slickness and soap.
