Bottle. Appearance: Medium amber, mostly translucent. White head. Smell: a lot like cranberry juice. Taste: Well, nothing says fall like the promise of turkey and dressing with cranberry sauce. This beer gives me that feeling. That being said, though, this beer is a little odd, and just doesn’t knock me off of my feet. Still, a solid, enjoyable drink.

Oct 5, 2008 I really liked this beer. It is a good chhristmas time drink. Has a nice but not to strong cranberry taste to it.

Sep 18, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear red with a tan head. Aroma of cranberry. Flavor was very fruity. Would have appreciated a little balance here.

Sep 3, 2008 Pours a ruby red color with an off white head. Aroma is lots of sour cranberries and thats about it. Flavor was just sickley cranberry flavor,a nd definately not good or not a lambic.

Aug 12, 2008 355 ml bottle. Amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of artificial fruit. Flavor is sweet with a rather weak fruit flavor and not particular sour either. A bit weird.

Aug 11, 2008 Not a good representation of what a Lambic is. It’s not sour or funky enough. Lousy Cranberry flavor too. I can finish this but just barely - it’s on the very bottom rung of drinkability.
