Oct 25, 2009 12oz bottle. thick orange, pours the most syrup like beer ive ever seen. When poured it leaves debris on the side of the glass. Aroma of warmth, tangerine and some other citrus. Full on flavour with a mouthy orange peel and stewed apricots. Mandarine and tangarine notes in the finish, with hot alcohol. Loving this - a shame my wife gave it to me after Ive just mowed the lawns...!!!!

Oct 24, 2009 Thin head of fine white bubbles. Nice fruity aroma with some oranges, pineapple, nutmeg and some straw. Also very sweet smelling. Color is a hazy dark orangish brown. Wow, not much resemblesce to a witbier. Big malty and sweet palate. Very good though but not in the style at all. More oranges, some caramel and a bit of spice. Hides its alcohol pretty well. Pretty thick and chewy. Finishes sweet and hot and very good. This is mor elike a lightbodied barleywine without and hops. I like it.

Oct 23, 2009 Pours copper with thin white head. Aroma of spices and alcohol. First taste has strong alcohol burn. Was not expecting that. Way too sweet. If I had not looked at the label I would have thought this was a Dogfish brew.

Oct 16, 2009 Big beverage here. Aroma of cloves and citrus and alcohol. Hazy orange color with a thin white head. Flavor is boozy and syrupy sweet. Doesnt have the light mouthfeel youd expect from a witbeer, but then again I guess there is an "imperial" in the title.

Aroma of orange almost chewing gum like, sweet.
Flavor, lots of sweetness, boozy, some hints of spices; coriander followed by orange.
I think this one is too boozy, and renders the orange fruits moutfeel to be too much like a mild liquor. Med-low carbonation, at tiems can be too sweet.

Oct 8, 2009 Bottle: Pours a hazy beige yellow color with a nice white head. The nose is medicinal and full of esters, alcohol and cilantro. The flavor is sweet, sticky, medicinal and very hard to drink. This could use a ton more carbonation, balance and less spicy. Spicy, sweet!

Oct 7, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity citrus, orange peel and coriander. Flavor was sweet with caramel, banana, wheat, citrus and alcohol with soft carbonation and has a medium to full body.
