Commercial Description:
This rich and malty ale originated in Ireland in 1710. It has a deep red color and distinctive caramel flavor from its Pale and Caramel malts. The malt sweetness is balanced by the earthy notes of East Kent Goldings hops. Cheers!

This is another great beer from my favorite brewer This beer has a red color, white head and ample carbonation. Has a nice caremel flavor balanced by some mild hps.

Reddish pour with a very foamy tan head. Head started forming right on opening the bottle. Warm malty nutty scent. Really deep rich taste. Suprisingly strong. Much more flavour then I expected. Even more suprising is the clean finish that follows. An odd build and then drop off of flavour. Overall not bad, but not that memorable. Well balanced.

Pours a dark amber with a slight white head. Aroma is of butter, cherries, and a bit of caramel. Medium body. Taste is of caramalt with a dry finish. Very simple. Not one of my favorites.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into pint glass Aroma - Caramel malt with a slight grassy aroma Appearance - Reddish amber in color with 1 - 2 finger tan head. Light lacing on glass Flavor - Caramel malt and tea, slightly sweet, well balanced with hops Palate - Light to medium with carbonation that complements the style. Overall - True to the style this is made for session drinking. Competitively priced. Could go with this easily if there is no Smithwick’s available

Pours red. Aroma is toast. Flavor is decent, light hops, malty. Unoffensive, but nothing special.
