Commercial Description:
Created by Ken Smith, Colorado. Ken describes his brew as having "a refreshing light taste and cereal crispness from the wheat malt." This unfiltered ale has a rich, fresh fruitiness balanced by a citrus note from the Noble hops.

Not a bad fruity wheat beer for quaffing while watching the tube. I’m actually watching bullriding right now, but it’s hard to find something worth watching this time of night on a Sunday, and I’ve already seen the Scrubs and Southparks that are on. Back to the beer, I wonder if the boysenberry isn’t supplemented by artificial or less than natural flavoring. Strong berry. Not bad though.

12oz bottle-Aroma of boysenberry and other berries on a somewhat cloudy orange body. Taste of swettnes foloowed in the middle with the berry flavor and ending with a little dryness. Pretty decent balance.

Bottle. Kind of a dingy straw color with a bit of an amber tone. Two finger frothy head. Aromas are strong of berries... almost smells like some fancy soap or something. Flavor is about what you would expect. Nothing great, fairly interesting mix of fruit and beer, but I don’t really care for another one.

Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a clear golden orange color with a thin layer of ivory bubbles. Aroma is of grapefruit and light, sweet grains. Taste is of light sweet grains, light fruits and notes of grass, citrus and honey. Medium bodied and crisp with good carbonation. Ending is of sweet grains and honey.

Bottle: Pours a hazy light orange with a thin white head, big tart fruity nose with lemon and dough. Starts and ends sweet with a long crisp ending. Full bodied with playful carbonation and a rich berry ending.

12 oz bottle purchased in Longshot variety pack. Poured a cloudy orange with a white head. The aroma was molested with boysenberries. The taste was the same..

semi-murky yellow body with a small white head.aroma was of.....yeah you guessed it...boysenberry and wheat.flavor is boysenberry pancake syrup and wheat.i think ken went a little overboard with the boysenberry extract.
