Commercial Description:
Created by Ken Smith, Colorado. Ken describes his brew as having "a refreshing light taste and cereal crispness from the wheat malt." This unfiltered ale has a rich, fresh fruitiness balanced by a citrus note from the Noble hops.

Poured a hazy light golden color with a small white head. The aroma smells like candy. Fruity berry sucking candy or taffy. the flavor was sweet and fruity with a light bitter finish. The strength of the flavor and aroma are pretty strong and makes me think it is artificial. Light to medium bodied.

Slightly hazy light amber with a large bubbly off white head. Carbonation attractive . Very sherbety , raspberry/boysenberry scents, squite tart and strong and very nice. Nice and smooth, yet light in taste, the boysenberries do not overwhelm. There is a substantial wheat component to the taste. This was actually quite nice indeed on the palate, smooth, wheaten, yet at the same time fruity and easy to quaff.. I drank this warmer than I have most wheat beers and I think it did really well. Good beer Mr Smith.

Pours light golden and clear with an effervescent body. Aroma of tart boysenberry and raspberries. Taste is pretty much the same as the aroma, with a detectable wheat presence. Mouthfeel is thin bodied with lively carbonation. Good fruit beer, perhaps lacking some naunce.

Hazy amber color with a medium head. Good lacing. Fruity aroma with a little malt. Sweet and fruity taste. Not much in way of hops. Light body. Tastes a little too candy-like to be a he-mans beer. But it’s a fairly well done Summertime cooler.

Bottle. Hazy gold. Small white head. Nose is very berry laden but at moments seems artificial. Light grainy notes in the aroma as well. Taste is tart berries, sweet artificial fruits notes, grains, and and soft yeast. Body is light, bubbly and crisp. Some dryness and tartness throughout. Finishes with tart berries, less sugary or sweet fruit notes, grains, and yeast notes. Not a bad beer, but nothing I’d want more than a bottle of at a time.

12 oz. Botttle. Bluberries stand out on the nose. Hazy golden body with decent head. Berry and wheat flavor was good, sugar presence as well. Leaves a dry cereal aftertaste on palate. Good fruit beer.
