(Bottle) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of boysenberries (reminiscent of Clearly Canadian). Flavor of malty breadiness, wheat, nuts, and berries.

12oz bottle shared courtesy of TomDecapolis. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of chock full of berries (all different types of berries). I would have really been into the aroma, but there was this aroma of perfume in there as well that was throwing me off. Tastes of berries (lighter than the aromas), cereal, and wheat.

12oz bottle-pours a big creamy off white head and cloudy gold color. Aroma is fruity-boysenberry. Taste is sweet, fruity, boysenberry, creamy wheat, then an unexpected and unpleasant sharpness. OK carbonation.

Bottle sampled on 3/14/07: Sweet, fruity floral berry aroma has some wheaty undertones. Pours a cloudy light golden with a thin, wispy coating of white head. Body starts thinner and lightly sweet with a sweet berry candy flavor toward a thin, crisp finish. An interesting beer that’s better than I expected.

Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells of boysenberries, wheat and some dough. Tastes of wheat, boysenberries and some spices. Mouthfeel is crisp with some underlying nuttiness. Finish is doughy. This is nicely balanced for a fruit beer and I hope it becomes a regular release.

Deep golden beer with lots of suspended yeast. A bit of a pinkish tint. Aroma is very fruity with lots of sharp, bright acidity. Very berryish nose. The flavour is quite tart, with lots of wheaty tartness, strong fruitiness. The flavour has a bit of noble hop bitterness on the back as well. It’s a pretty nice fruit beer… a bit fruitier than I’d normally go for, but it’s well-balanced, tart, and pretty tasty.
