Light aroma with a bit of sweetness. Light sweet flavor followed by a bit of hops. Not too much to it, but decent. FROTHINGSLOSH (2038), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Apr 6, 2007 Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright golden color with a medium sized soapy white head. The aroma was typical sour tangy lager. The flavor was tangy and bitter with only a hint of a vague sweetness underneath. The finish was long, tangy and dominated by a weirdly off flavor. jzzbassman (852), New Albany, Mississippi, USA

Sweet and bready, with good bitterness for the style, but a bit buttery in the end. Bockyhorsey (2556), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 6, 2007 Bottle. Somewhat of roasted grain malt aroma. Gold body with good white head. Flavor had malt backbone and mild bitterness. Malt was highly prevelent at first but by the finish the bitterness was there and even things out a bit. Didn’t even look at style before I opened it was thinking this would of been more like a top pils palate refreshment. Alright beer. cbkschubert (2027), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 4, 2007 12 oz. bottle A gift from BockyHorsey - Pours a clear golden color with a one and a half finger thick white head. Nice lacing. Very fine, light carbonation. Aroma of sweet grain and light esters. Flavor is also sweet grain and light herbal hop. Medium body. Fairly smooth. An easy drinking beer. Decent pale lager. Thanks Bill. HumuloneRed (750), Portland, Oregon, USA

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a white head and soapy lacing. The nose has a lot of malt with earthy hop. The flavor is smooth and malty with a good hop bite in the finish. The texture is slightly oily. Overall a nice beer. bboven (103), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 4/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 8/20 | Apr 1, 2007 This is painfully disappointing in the six pack of longshots. I drank the second one because Ihad no palate left and couldn’t think of any other use for it except to get a buzz on. oh wait, that’s what PBR is for. I’ll just stick with that, then. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 1, 2007 Pours a boring (but expected) pale golden with little to no white head. Nose is corny and grainy with a little bit of citrus hops. Flavor is similar. Not quite at the level of BMC, but just a couple shades above if that. Sorry Bruce, but after 13 years of homebrewing, couldn’t you have come up with something a little more exciting?
