Feb 2, 2007 12oz bottle shared courtesy of TomDecapolis. Poured a medium golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas and tastes of grain (lots of graininess), wheat and cereal. Thinner body.

Nov 30, 2007 12oz bottle-pours a foamy white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is light-malt, grain, secondary citrus/herbal hops. Taste is light-malt, grain, secondary citrus/herbal/spicy hops. OK carbonation. Slight syrupy yet semi-dry mouth feel.

Feb 21, 2007 Pours gold with a white creamy head. Smells of malt and nuts. Taste is nutty with some peppery splashes. Not very representative of the style, IMO.

Apr 14, 2007 Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of pale malt, light grassy hops and a bit of apple in the nose as well. The body is sweetish and on the underattenuated side. A bit peachy with pale bready malt. Finishes a little bit flinty which is nice, but the beer could have used another month in the lagering tanks.

Feb 9, 2007 Nose is faint butter, light corn meal and almost like a malt liquor. Has a decent cracker and biscuit malt flavor in the finish, but otherwise it’s a bit of a syrupy sweet mess. The more I drink the less I like it.
