Bronze with thin lacing head, Seems to equal part hops, malt and grape - and it’s not a bad combo. Maple syrup noticed more as a woody flavor in the aftertaste - not sweet. Mellows at the finish. Well done and unique. brentfeesh (1037), Gadsden, Alabama, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 17, 2008 12 oz bottle. Amber honey pour. Sweet aroma that has both malt caramel and fruit with is very believable as grape. The flavor is a blend of fruit beer, apple cider and IPA. Strange and I don’t care for it. The combo of flavors just don’t work for me. The bitter does not mesh well with the grape…Yuk. Medium creamy semi-sticky mouth feel that adds to the gross factor. I’ll not drink it again. philbertk (34), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 16, 2008 Pours orange-amber with quickly dissipating head. Generic aroma of corn or hay. Taste is interesting with a carbonation bite at first, and then sweet malt. It tastes like a generic ale with some grape juice dripped in. Interesting, but not great, and not a session beer to repeat several times -- it seems too sweet to me.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 16, 2008 Amber colored beer with a frothy off white head. Light sweet nose that I will say has green grape in it only because of the name of the beer. Boy, I just don’t get a lot of "fresh green seedless grape" in this. Sweet beer with light maltiness, breadiness, and a tart fruitiness that I guess could be grape. It seems like a pretty generic Pale Ale, with some non-descript fruit to it. emacgee (1864), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 16, 2008 Shared this with poor Turd. Poured a decent looking brew. Copper amber with a one finger frothy offwhite head. Doesn’t look special but doesn’t look bad. Then I smelled it...smelled bad. On a related note it tasted bad as well. The aroma was grassy, hay, sweet, caramel, sweet fruit. The flavor was a little offensive and astringent, grassy, cornish, sweet fruity element, maybe a little bitter. Not too hot, TURDFERGUSON (1601), Carrboro, North Carolina, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 16, 2008 Just drank this swill. This is a decent bitter pale with some grape juice added. Sorry I called it swill, but It just did not taste very good. Sweet malts, light bitterness, grape sweetness. meh. kmeves (1080), Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Apr 13, 2008 Pours a clear copper with a fizzy head and spotty lace. Aroma is lightly sweet caramel, bready grains, grapes and yeasty. Flavor is toasted malt with some grape and dark fruit. Thin mouth feel, sweet fruity finish. I must say this was better than I was expecting.
