Commercial Description:
Created by Don Oliver, California. Don says that the blend of distinctive malts in his brew "offers a rich and malty taste that doesn’t overpower. It’s a full-bodied, heavy ale good for a winter night by the fire."

12oz bottle-A dark ruby red body with a nice off white head. Aroma of malt and alcohol. Taste of sweetness, malt , prunes, and alcohol. IMO the best of the three.

Pours a perfectly clear medium-dark brown with a good head. The body is a bit on the foamy side and the beer is a bit hot, but other than that, the maltiness is nice and balanced by enough bitterness to not be cloying.

Bottle. Aroma of caramel malt and some soapy vanilla. Very nice mouthfeel and full body. Flavor is mainly of sweet malt, some german malt hints, with a little peppery finish. Good beer.

Courtesy of ford9719-Cold 12oz bottle, shared with one other. A decent beer with a sweet caramel taste. Reddish amber crisp color with a fruity aroma. Ending with a bit of an alcohol burn that wasn’t too pleasant.
