Commercial Description:
Created by Rodney Kibzey, Illinois Rodney describes his wonderfully complex brew as "deep amber in color with a full creamy body and a dark fruit and clove aroma." This traditional Bavarian style brew took Rodney a few batches to perfect, but the taste is worth all of his hard work.

Bottle from BevMo. Pours a hazy dark brownish color. Sweet yeasty aroma. Some bubblegum and spicy clove. Solid yeasty flavor with a bit of a burnt tobacco taste. Some toffee. Quite refreshing.

12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a cloudy brown color with a two finger thick light tan head. Nice lacing. Aroma is esters (banana), spice, and light toasted malt. Flavor is much of the same. Medium body. Honestly, this tastes more like a Belgian style ale. Overall, a good tasting beer.

Pours a murky looking brown with a thin off-white head. Aroma of clove, banana, some fruit. Nice flavor, sweet with a bit of an alcohol bite at the end.

Dark murky brown in color with a medium tan head. Ripe banana, chocolate, caramel, biscuity malts in the nose- with some light touches of must. Taste is pretty rich, with chocolate, banana, sweet caramel, spices, and dry malts. Medium to full bodied- sweetness fades into lingering spices, banana, and dry chocolate in the finish. Alcohol pretty well hidden. very good!

Pours a cloudy caramel colour with a large tan head. Aroma is somewhat sweet, caramel, and nutty. Flavor is heavier, with an evident creamy wheat like mouthfeel. it was a decent beer, but i expected way more.

Appearance matches the picture shown. Aroma is wheat, banana, caramel, clove, darker sugar, gum, earth, moderate to light hops. Medium bodied, quite sweet, pretty damn enjoyable for a SA brew.

A murky brown appearance with a beige head. The aroma contains some sour grapes, chocolate, raisins, and nutmeg. The flavor is a little bit sour with some grapes, lemons, chocolate, caramel, and brown sugar. A bready presence in this one as well. Overall this was a good beer!
