| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Dec 1, 2009 Bottle. It pours a nice copper color with a foamy beige head. Taste is of slightly roasted malt and caramel. It has a similar, yet flat aroma. Is a little bitter and dry. It is rather one dimensional. Decent and refreshing, but sort of disappointing compared to other available choices that are similarly priced. weihenweizen (24), West Virginia, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 25, 2009 Had this in bottle. It pours a nice deep amber with a little off-white head. The taste is malty, caramel and toffee, with a hint of hops. Not a bad Oktoberfest if this is one of your favorite styles. iceman15658 (17), Acme, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 24, 2009 Bottle. Pours a nice golden amber color which a smallish, white frothy head. Aromas of caramel, toffee, roasted malts, and butterscotch. Relatively lively mouthfeel with an oily, thin texture. Taste is medium sweetness, lightly bitter, with flavors of malts and candy abound. This is the best Oktoberfest beer one can drink or purchase. mullet2007 (206), St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 23, 2009 Bottle is probably a year old or more. Says best before August 09. Pours a deep copper orange color with no head to speak of. Nose is mostly malts. Some faint caramel notes, maybe a hint of some hops, but not much, just faint, maybe a hint flowery. Flavor is very sweet, plenty of malts there as well. Again, nice caramel flavors and plenty bitter. There is still a bit of a hop flavor, but it’s faint. Not watery in the mouth, which is good. Pleasant drink, but not exceptional by any means. Nisse666 (435), Göteborg, Sweden
