Bottle, LCBO 6 pack. Medium yellow, big fluffy white head, decent lacing. No streaming bubbles, looks very still. Citrus, ginger, floral, hint of spice - very nice soft aroma. Interesting taste - it is really flavourful - lots of grain, wheat, lots of cotton candy like sweetness, hint of peppery spice, lemon. Most of this comes from mid to end, at first there is not much here besides the wheat. Body is bordering on thick for the style, this could actually stand to be just a tad thinner with much more carbonation - I’m not sure how refreshing it is really. But overall, this one is packed full of flavour and it is an interesting take on a North American Wheat - and a welcome addition to the drastically under represented American Micro LCBO shelves.

Sep 8, 2008 Bottle. Good beer but other summer versions are better. Taste doesn’t last very long and I found that the longer I consumed the less I liked it. Strong fruit taste, particularly in the lemon / lime area.

Sep 7, 2008 12oz bottle courtesy of mother in law. Sweet malted grain aroma. Yellow body with white head. Sweet malt, bread brins and some zesty lemon spice. Little to much for a summer brew on a hot day. Filling for a summer time brew.

Sep 6, 2008 pours a light golden color with little head. nice taste of citrus and some wheat. finish has some hops as well. decent beer, but probably would not purchase this again.
