Jul 1, 2003 Pours a glowing pilsner golden with no head. Nose of tart apples. Reminds me slightly of the Lindeman's Faro I had the other day due to the sourness only a bit sweeter with less carbonation. Definite earthy notes. Nicely sweet but not at all cloying. Slightly vinous. A very fine cider indeed.

Aug 18, 2005 [bottle from brewery] smells of real apples, a little sweet but it has a light spritzy body which made it a decent thirst quencher.
