On tap at the Cittie of York, London 13/10/09. Deep, dark brown with reddish hints and a creamy, off-white nitro head. Aroma of coffee and dark chocolate. Flavour had more of the same, if more pronounced and a lingering dry finish. Good.

Draught @ Princess Louise, 208 High Holborn, Covent Garden, London, Greater London England WC1V 7BW.
Clear dark dark red brown color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark roasted, burnt, coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090803]

on tap @ Angel & White Horse, Tadcaster & Ye Olde Chesire Cheese, London. Creamy black pour with big fluffy white head. Roasted malts, dry, mild bitterness. One of the best beers fom the trip. Great

Cask at the Boot Inn in Chester, UK. Chocolatey malt aroma. Opaque dark brown with a creamy very light tan. Thin and light with a potent bitter roast finish.
