MeisterBrew (138), Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA Mar 14, 2009 Bottle. Poured a very dark brown with a medium sized tan head. Looks good. Taste is of coffee, roasted malts, and a hint of chocolate. Low to medium bitterness. Tasty, but I like some of the other stouts a little better. thejon375 (390), Tampa, Florida, USA Mar 13, 2009 Slightly smokey on the nose, with brilliant coffee and choc flavors. Very complex on the palate when it warms up. troopie (851), USA Mar 12, 2009 Bottle. Poured black with thick tan head. very little lacing. Full aroma of roast, malt and caramel. Fairly thin flavour, malt, bittersweet chocolate, a little roast. Malty finish. This not bad but there are many better Imp stouts.
