550 ml bottle. Pours a dark black with a slight red hue and has a large, billowing, foamy, clingy, dark tan head that lasts. Taste is of roasted malt, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, caramel and fruit. Oily and creamy body. Similar aroma. Well balanced and very easy to drink. A satisfying beer that is worth getting again and is very much on par with their Oatmeal Stout.

Black pour with a tan head. Strong caramel aroma along with some coffee and roasted malts. Slightly sour flavor, mostly of coffee and bitter chocolate. Medium body. Some lingering roasted bitterness. Smells a lot better than it tastes.

Black pour with a chocolate head, aroma is very nutty smoke, slightly sweet taste with good amounts of malt, roasted nut and yeast, very roasted barley finish.

Bottle. Pours a dark black with a hint of red. Nice, tall, dark tan head. Big caramel and coffee aromas. Smells sweet. Mild, fine carbonation. Some fig, roasted malt, caramel, a touch of alcohol, and a hint of chocolate on the palate. Nice bitterness and a rich mouthfeel. Finishes very clean. This is a really good stout but not as big as some you might see these days. That being said, I would actually have more than one of these!

Dark and opaque with a a beige head. The aroma is odd. The flavor is roasted malt and paper clips. I couldn’t believe how metallic the finish was, so I had my wife try it and she tasted tons of metal we well. I thought I was chewing on nails. I would rather drink Natural Light that to have another one of these. I hope I had a bad one, but I know the bottle was fresh, The liquor store it was bought from has only been open a couple of weeks.

Bottle. Poured a very dark brown with a medium sized tan head. Looks good. Taste is of coffee, roasted malts, and a hint of chocolate. Low to medium bitterness. Tasty, but I like some of the other stouts a little better.
