Dark color, brown head. Aroma of liquorice, paper, malt, black pepper, coffee, toffee, hazelnuts; light tar, phenol…; very nice and complex. Strong mouthfeel, dominated by the liquorice, supported by some malt and replaced at the end by the roasted barley.

Not a Guineess. Dark with little head. Nutty aroma with coffee and burnt caramel. Lovely bloom predominantly coffee, chocolate and toffee. Easy to drink, not as syrupy as some Stouts. this is a good, good beer and a great way to start with Stouts.

Black colour, brown head, persistent. Roasty smell, with caramel hints. Roasty malt flavour, quite sweet with caramel and chocolate hints, balanced by a nice bitterness (liquorice and coffee). Maybe a bit light on ABV for an imperial stout, but really pleasant, with a good complexity.

Great brew. The first aroma I noticed was cocoa and very subtle coffee. Sweetness is actually very nice as it mixes with the creamy texture that gives more than a mouthful. Nicely carbonated with a nice long buzz on the tongue. Black as tar on the pour with a nice creamy head. One I will have again for sure.

Deep opaque black body, creamy mocha head. Aroma of raisins, coffee, and alcohol. Bitter chocolate and roasted coffee in the flavor, along with an alcoholic warmness that seems too much for a beer of only 7%. Fine carbonated mouthfeel. Excellent beer.

Black with a full tan head and a thick lacing down the side of the glass. Sweet malt aroma including chocolate and fruit. Rich creamy sweet malt, chocolate, and a mild roasted bitterness. Leaves a slightly syrupy sweet aftertaste that is accompanied by a mild roasted bitterness.
