Dark caramel color with a smooth cover of off white head. Aroma is grassy hops, light caramel. Taste is more toffee, caramel sweetness, lightly bitter, hay, grassy, and citric.

A good ale with a moderately hoppy (Goldings and maybe Fuggles if I had to guess) aroma and flavor. Like the pale ale, it is not hoppy in the American sense of the word, as there is still a noticeably malty base to it. There is a slight sourness and herbal nature to this beer, but its so mild you would miss it if you weren’t looking for it.

550ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with a dense 3 finger white head that sticks around and leaves delicate lacing. Nose is malt and light floral hops. Taste is malty, grassy hops and a strange lemony-like tartness before finishing slightly bitter. Lighter mouth feel than I expected. An ok beer.

poured amber with a small, 1 finger foamy head that quickly dissipated. the nose was malt and yeast, with a touch of hops present as well. roasted malt flavor in the front, and a smooth hoppy bitterness in the back. mouthfeel is incredibly smooth. WAY better than I expected, and I had high expectations! Not a hop-bomb like a lot of IPAs that are trying too hard. Just right!

[550ml bottle.] Hazy amber with a dense cream head; yeasty aroma with some floral hops; fresh tasting with a lively mouth feel, zingy citrus, fragrant hops and crystal malts; powerful but gentle bitter finish. A really well-balanced beer.

550 ml. bottle. Pours a thin lingering head, with good complex lacing, over a clear, coppery orange body.....nose is of mild yeasty malts with delicate hops....tastes initially of many malt characters, then balanced by gentle hops....mouth feel is creamy and medium in weight.....lovely balance.

Bottle. Pours an orange amber with a medium sized, thick and long lasting, off white head. Aroma of caramel apples and flowers in the finish. Flavor was very nice and sessionable. Has a good amount of sweet malt, with alot of apple and fruit in the background. Hop flavor is mostly floral and herbal. Solid beer.
