Not the best IPA but if I could get this in my local I would much rather have this than the shite bitters usually on offer. If I was after a pale ale, I wouldn’t choose this but as a ESB, very nice. A little mild and watery but downable. Not bad at all. enginaaron (73), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 3, 2008 Amber color with minimal head. English bitter taste with low alcohol. Much more malty and sweet than expected for IPA. Very mild with no noticeable hoppiness. Sort of disappointing. Nothing there. I CAN’T TASTE MY BEER!!! joekinty (263), rockledge, Florida, USA
