Bottle, february 08. Clear, orange copper color with a medium, creamy, beige head. Flavor is a mix between butterscotch and bittersweetness. Some sherry notes and spicy hops at the end. Medium palate, filling, tasty and firm. Nice hoppy aftertaste. Nice, tea - like goldings aroma. Nice, balanced, drinkable hoppy ESB.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Fruity malty and slightly hoppy aroma with some yeasty hints. Fruity malty hoppy flavor. Sweet malty bitter hoppy finish with some fruitiness in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange amber, thin off white head. Aroma is malt, graham cracker, some citrus (hops). Flavor is the same. Too sweet for me, not enough hops kick. I’m an American Hop Head, what can I say?

Pours dark amber/copper with a light beige head. Surprisingly clean and refreshing. Not heavy or hoppy. Slightly bitter with no aftertaste.

Straight up. Old school IPA English style. Light hops. Clean taste. This is where you get your English Sierra Nevada.

Aroma is mainly floral hops with a slight malt background. Nice flavor of malt and hops with a bitter finish. Not too bad, but what you would normally think of as an IPA.
