Mar 20, 2008 Bottle, february 08. Clear, orange copper color with a medium, creamy, beige head. Flavor is a mix between butterscotch and bittersweetness. Some sherry notes and spicy hops at the end. Medium palate, filling, tasty and firm. Nice hoppy aftertaste. Nice, tea - like goldings aroma. Nice, balanced, drinkable hoppy ESB.

Mar 19, 2008 550ml brown bottle. Orange coloured beer with a slightly off white head. Malt aroma, floral hops with hints of orange fruit and caramel. Sweet malt flavour, orange fruitiness, floral hop accents, finish has some moderate citrus bitterness. Medium body, mild carbonation.

Mar 19, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Fruity malty and slightly hoppy aroma with some yeasty hints. Fruity malty hoppy flavor. Sweet malty bitter hoppy finish with some fruitiness in the aftertaste.

Mar 6, 2008 Aroma is mainly floral hops with a slight malt background. Nice flavor of malt and hops with a bitter finish. Not too bad, but what you would normally think of as an IPA.
