| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 29, 2007 550 ml bottle. Pours a warm amber with an ample white head. Mild hop aroma. Much less aggressive aroma than an American IPA. Full body with just the right hop bite to balance it out without blowing your palette away. Sharp, crisp finish that calls you to go back for another quaff. bhensonb (4401), Woodland, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 28, 2007 Medium fruity hop aroma. MIght be some malt. Fine orange amber color with a white head that mostly left. Starts a bit thin, carbonation helps it seem thicker. Nice floral start, backed by malt. Don’t know where the fruit went. This seems very balanced. Malt lingers in a rather dry finish, but the bitter is pronounced, and it lingers in the mouth. Not a NW American IPA, but a very good drink. downender (2646), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 26, 2007 Bottled from Corks, Bristol. Amber coloured with slight, short-lived head. Plenty of elderflowers and summer fruits in the aroma. Flavour of citrus fruits with some malty sweetness, slightly marred by a metallic, industrial edge to the finish. Pretty good. cgarvieuk (4269), Edinburgh, Scotland
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 24, 2007 A deep copper colour, with a fruit malt aroma and a swet bitter malt flavour . MiP (9162), Sønderborg, Denmark
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 12, 2007 Bottle, 5%. Rough spiciness in the aroma, from the hops. Clear copper colour, small white head. The flavour is quite hoppy, a lot of aroma hops. The flavour gets a little citric, but nicely so. chrisok (77), Norman, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Apr 8, 2007 Poured a cloudy color with a thick, of white head that lasted and produced lacing. Light aroma of caramel and citrus. The flavor stood out a little more than the aroma, again with caramel and citrus present and a nice bitter aftertaste. Light to Medium body. Not bad. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 7, 2007 Pour was a pedestrian copper color with a white head that struggled to measure one-finger in height. The aroma was subdued floral hops and slight malty sweetness. The flavor was sweet sugar and mild hops. Decent dryness on the finish. Watery mouthfeel. Had a definite metallic twang to it. Don’t think I’d revisit this one unless the bar I walked into had "Free Sam Smith’s India Ale Night" or something. coldbrewky (742), Saugerties, New York, USA

Pours an amazing amber gold. Clear and crisp looking in the glass. Flowery hop nose. With average head. Full bodied and not overwhelming. Lacing is light. Mild and refreshing. A very nice pint for the first real spring day of sunshine and clear skies here in upstate NY. A steadfast balance only the english can pull off
