This was shockingly good. Not to be worshiped as the best beer I have ever tasted, but it is certainly better than most. However, the only qualm I have is that the beer was a little bitter for me.

Pours an appetizing clear amber with a fairly thick but not persistent head. Aroma is strong and surprisingly fruity, more like a cider than an IPA though there is a hint of the evergreen aroma I associate with a good IPA. Flavor is fairly hoppy but not too bitter, somewhat fruity and a bit wan. Texture is fairly smooth and just a little fizzy, and it leaves a fairly hoppy aftertaste. Not the best I have had, but worthy of a try.

12oz bottle from the Wine Rack in Midland. Pours clear amber with off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, hops, bread and alcohol. Flavor is watery with caramel malts, hops, light fruits, and some bread. Was hoping it was going to be an IPA based on the label. As fas bitters go it is pretty good.

Pours clear amber, with a medium white head, good lacing. Aroma of apple, bread, peach, and caramel. Medium body, slightly dry. Mild malt flavors, much like the aroma, with some grassy hop flavor, mild-bitter aftertaste. Very well balanced and drinkable.

Pours a copper orange. With a thin head and nice lacing. Aroma is very pleasant and bitter. Very hoppey flavour. Rather bitter not a bad IPA. not great either. It has a very smooth finish but I like my IPA with a higher ABV and IBU.

A nice, deep, rich smell. Golden brown in the glass. Tastes balanced and bold, malt and hops work wonderfully together. The taste drops off and leaves you wanting some more. Very nice, I could drink this on a regular basis, nothing is too strong.
