Oct 5, 2008 Very good Ale. Sweet, nutty, malty and delicious. Not bitter, great aftertaste as well as undertones of caramel. Definately one to try if you havent yet.

Sep 28, 2008 Poured dark reddish brown, with off white head. Soft sweet nutty molasses aroma. Sweet caramel,malty full bodied flavour with subtle dry bitter finish.

Sep 28, 2008 35.5cl bottle from Willow Bend Liquors (Tampa, FL). Pours a generally clear dark reddish brown with a massive two finger foamy tan head. Good retention and lacing. Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of ripe fruit, sugar, spice and nuts. Flavor is slightly bitter with a syrupy mouthfeel. Notes of sugar, spice, and toasted malt are present as well. Slightly sweet and slightly bitter finish.

Sep 25, 2008 Crushed with Jakebra. Interesting brew. Sweet nose, brown sugar or something. Definitely some nuts in the flavor, and as it warms, more nuts and sugary stuff in a surprisingly dry finish. Pretty damn good and enjoyable.
