Jan 12, 2009 Bottle. Obsidian black with a dark brown head and roasted malt aroma. Perfect balance of maltiness and hops and ends with a somewhat clean finish but at the same time a trace of roasted malt that makes you crave more. My favorite oatmeal stout!

Jan 3, 2009 A black colored beer, with a thick foamy dark beige head. The aroma of coffee with chocolate, laurel liquorice, roasted malt and fruits. The taste is dry bitter, coffee, dark malts, with notes of chocolate and fruits. The aftertaste is long bitter.

Dec 29, 2008 Pours black into the glass with a small off white head. Aroma is chocolate/coffee and slight notes of raisins. A great velvety moutheel gives way to flavors of roasted grain and chocolate. Really a great stout.
