Dec 25, 2008 Clear mahogany pour with bonus points for a 1 inch cream colored head that just never leaves. Nice lacing, as well. Fragrant chocolate, coffee, and nuttiness. Flavor is roasted malt, chocolate, and caramel. Quite thin for the style. A good sessionable stout.

does not count Dec 23, 2008 The 1st Oatmeal Stout I had ever had and still my favorite. Pours very dark with a thin, creamy head. Aromas of bittersweet chocolate, roasted coffee, I sense a taste of fig or date and a brown sugary finish. Love this one!

The fruit taste comes on a little too strong, but a pretty good beer overall

Dec 21, 2008 Dark brown with reddish glimts and large beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and coffee notes. Sweet flavour with plenty off coffee , roasted malt, chocolate and caramel notes. Finished sweet.

Dec 18, 2008 Black with large long lasting tan head. Unfortunately the appearance is the best thing about this beer. Aroma is faint choco. Taste is light bland bittersweet choco. I like the aftertaste most of all.

Dec 15, 2008 bottle. Dark brown with a nice tan head. Nose was of roast malt and oats. taste was definitely malts with some oats. Mouthfeel was medium with a dry finish. Decent.
