May 30, 2008 Poured a clear copper/amber with a cream-colored full head that lingered. Mild hops aroma, a bit of caramel and fruitiness as well. Well balanced flavors include biscuits and nuts against grassy hops. Medium bodied with a dry, crisp finish.

~Creamy and medium bodied. Quick finish.
~This is a tasty brew. Unfortunetly there is a glass flavor from the bottle. Wish I could try this on tap.
