Dec 15, 2007 Biggish offwhite shiny lasting head. Dark reddish brown body with carbonation. Faint resiny honeyish aroma. Dry-and-sweet roasty wooden metallic resiny floral taste. Harmonic and balanced. Dry wooden toffee and malt aftertaste with smoky notes. Excellent. Great session beer. (0.5l bottle at Cittie of Yorke.)

Dec 14, 2007 (Bottle, Cittie of York, Holborn, London, 28 Nov 2007) Dark amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, apricots and rubbery hops. Fruity taste with a solid malt base, notes of dried fruit, dried apricots and dusty hops. Nicely balanced, classic pale ale.

Dec 7, 2007 550ml bottle: sweet caramel malty start, bitter oaky hops aftertaste. I usually find the bitterness overpowering in IPAs, but in this one, I found the tastes to balance each other out pretty well.

Dec 5, 2007 550 ml Bottle: Poured a golden brown color. Small head that quickly dissapeared. Sweet hop sent to the brew flavor is remarkably mellow.

Nov 30, 2007 550 ml bottle. pours black tea coloured with a small white head. malty aromas of sweet caramel and traceable hops. flavours are thin malt with tiny hop roundness. a well put together palatable beer but nothing special and i wont buy it again unless in a pinch. it doesnt help that i had my homebrewed EPA right after and mine blew this one away.
