Bottle. As ‘Organic Best Bitter’. Pours golden with an off-white head. Nice lacing. Sweet, floral, fruity aroma. Flavour is sweet with a fruity hops. Feels a bit thin. Finish has hops and malt notes. Dry. Milky notes appear as it warms. 10-04-08.

Another quality beer produced by Samuel Smith. Brown, orange color. Average size foamy head but a nice amount of lace left on the glass. Aroma was sweet and fruity but relatively faint. Nothing too complex with the flavor, roasted malts and a little sweet. Pretty smooth, easy drinking beer.

Pours a creamy caramel color, with a soft off-white head. Aroma is light but slightly floral and yeasty. Flavor is mellow. Hints of banana and maybe some citrus. Not very strong though. Minimum hoppiness in the background. Overall, pretty decent. Mellow and smooth.

Light aroma balanced with sweetness and a dry wheat. Murky, golden color with mild carbonation. Taste is mild and well balanced. Light to medium body mouth feel, leaving a slight apricot aftertaste. Awesome. Can’t understand the 58 rating.

Like ’dit. An entire package in the bottle. Very graceful beer that is equally balanced on all fours. Glib Pooh honey viscosity that rounds the edges off the flavor so you can roll it around your tongue like a sweet-heavy pool-ball. Utter drinkability. UTTER!

Pours a clear amber, with almost no head. Like all Sam Smith brews, this one smells like a dream...fruity and sweet, with a touch of that classic Sam Smith yeasty dough aroma. Flavor is of the style of a classic Bitter, however the palate lets this on down, as it is a bit too fizzy and slightly thin. Overall a good Bitter, but would prefer a heavier and smoother palate.

Bottle. Pours to a orangish-tan color with minimal head. Hoppy, grassy aroma, very quintessential bitter notes. Bitter and slightly sour on the palate. Smooth mouthfeel and incredible balance. Consistently a good beer.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy golden body with thin head. Aroma is light citrus hops, sweet malt. Flavor is light citrus and fruit, sweet malt and bitter. Nice mouthfeel. While the beer is not a great beer, it is certainly very drinkable.
