Bottled. Deep golden colour. The aromas remind me of walnuts. There is a touch of seawater-taste to it. Flavours of caramel, peaches and oranges. A very delicate taste to this beer. Fairly good bitterness. Grassy hops. A decent beer, but I doesn’t really match my taste.

Kinda sour tasting, good head and nice lacing. Overall not too bad, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get some.

550ml bottle. Hazy orange, sporting attractive thick off-white foam. Intense dried apricot and candied orange in the nose; background scents of anise, hoisin, seaweed, and fresh cigar. Soft pit fruit flavor... plum and nectarine... with bread, lemon zest, a touch of jellybean, and minerally wet slate. Maybe strawberries? Husky, sorghum sweetness. Some pollen musk and wine cellar yeastiness apparent in both aroma and flavor. Finishes dry with some tartness and peppery rye quality. A more aggressive second pour into my tulip yields a small amount of sediment and releases subdued barnyard and leather aromatics and appleskin taste. Light mouthfeel, waxy, and with resiny and velcro/tannic tackiness. Mild juniper/quinine bitterness and aftertaste; barely detectable minty hop and buttery oak characters. The beer needs a few minutes to open up... second pour was much more enamoring than the first. Packed with subtle complexity. An English Saison!

Sampled out of a bottle. Poured nicely with a thin lacey head. Color is a light brownish color. Aroma is slightly hoppy butr a little weak. Overall flavor is nice but leaves the pallet a little disappointed.

Pours a cloudy amber color with a nice frothy head. Fruity and hoppy flavor is pleasant and drinkable. Spicy, bitter and long aftertaste helps as well. Subtle and enjoyable just not a home run. Now where’s that Taddy Porter?

Frrom the North Coast Coop in Eureka, CA for $3.36 this poured a cloudy gold to orange with a hefty off white head that left moderate lacing. Aromas of malts and spicy hops. Mouthfeel is medium and flavors are mostly of malts and hops, with a touch of fruit. Finish slightly bitter. Overall a decent brew.

Pours a hazy golden tan with a slight off white head. Aroma is fruity dusty malt. Different. Taste is malty fruity, with floral overtones, also different, but in a good way. Very earthy. It is a nice beer, but not something I want to drink all day.

Pours orangish golden with a nice foamy off-white head. Aroma of delicate toffee mixed with light bready notes layered above notes of earth and spicy English hops. Taste is mellow, earthy, dusty malt, light toffee, a chewy flavor mixed with nuts, bread, and herbal notes. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with lively carbonation. Very enjoyable session ale. This beer reminds you that beer is of the Earth, without tasting like dirt! Would be perfect if it was unfiltered.
