| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 24, 2006 I liked this better than their organic lager. This was upfront and complex with great hoppy finish and fruit balance. Great yeast aroma with good lacing and strong mouthfeel. There is a great chewiness to this that makes it well worth the price. Recommended. Panzerfaust (401), Santiago, Chile

Pours a clear dark amber/copper color. Head is big, white and frothy. It stays for long and leaves a good lacing.
Aroma is malty full of cereal grains dominating. Under that there are some notes of bread, flowers and dried fruits. Not pretentious but strong and very decent.
Flavor is slightly bitter, soft with sweet traces especially at the beginnig. Very cereally with dry fruits and shy nutty and almond traces.
Mouthfeel is watery and body is pretty light. Dry finish, medium carbonation. Refreshing and has a pleasant aftertaste. A decent and fine crafted beer.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 16, 2006 has some honey maple syrup smell, real subtle..thin line of head..quite nice bitters, perfect carbonation 4 the style, but below average for the brewery...but this beer makes a great black+tan mixture when mixed with a sweet stout.. nimbleprop (895), SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 13, 2006 Poured a transparent copper with a thin, whispy white head. Aroma of honey, flowers, fruiit and malt. Interesting flavor, sweet and fruity, like pineapples. Malt comes at the finish, which is slightly sour and keeps the mouth watering. jblendy (518), Midland Park, New Jersey, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 23, 2006 Pours copper with a small white head. Aroma has nice notes of tropical fruits, some wood, and slight hops. Flavor is similar to aroma. Hints of tropical fruit, slightly bitter, fairly sour when it warms up. and a bit of wood. Palate is light/medium, slightly sour, woody, and oily. danimal34 (41), Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Oct 17, 2006 Good beer, but no body, head and the flavor only had hints of fruit, hops, etc. Nothing to hang your hat on. I had the urge to pound it, it was that thin. But, good tasting, therefore the average rating vs. poor. benpickens (135), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 14, 2006 Pours a clear copper with a white frothy head. Clean smelling with hints of green apples. Very mild malt and hops flavor. Is it supposed to be sour tasting?
